Summary
Design of internal and external electrical supply:
Selection of the optimal scheme of the electrical connection;
- Design of the overhead lines 110, 35, 10, 0,4 kV;
- Design of the cable lines 10, 0,4 kV;
- Design of the transformer substations 110*10 kV, 35*10 kV, 10*0,4 kV
- Design of the local distribution boards 10 and 0,4 kV.
- Design of the earthing, lightning guard.
Elaboration of electrical design standards according to local state technical standards, regulations and internal company rules.
Design of the low current networks: LAN, telephone, cable TV, security alarm system and video observation.
Design of the technological process automatic control systems (using PLC, sensors and converters)
Design of the line and packaging, water treatment, fumes treatment and their integration in the whole production process: PFDs (process flow diagrams); MMBs (material mass balances); selection of type of the equipment; PIDs (piping and instrumentation diagrams).
Inspection of existing sites: preparing site layout with equipment allocation; equipment characteristics and requirements estimation.
Development of the technical solution according to customer’s requirements specification: selecting types of equipment for installation and working out instructions for installation works.
Selection of equipment and services, considering safety, industrial, process, economical and environmental constraints.
Running the authorization process.
Negotiation with suppliers and contractors.
Selection of subcontract design companies.
Preparation of the Request For Quotation for selected suppliers and contractors.
Worked out contract documentation.
Contractors work supervision and coordination.
Commissioning and start-up after installation is finished.
Delivery of the finished works to the costumer.
